PCGURU breathed new life into my DELL laptop. After wiping and
reconfiguring everything, it worked faster than it did new out of the box!!!
Even after an accidental drop onto a hard floor PCGURU was able to bring my
laptop back to life and save me $400 in parts compared to DELL service or buying a new one!!!
The second visit was also worth it !!!
My comp connected immediately, and is working great!!!,

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your professional service and expertise with our recent problems with our computer. Your competency and efforts to keep up in this fast growing field is amazing. The extra service of coming to our home to pick it up and return and reconnect the computer was very helpful thus saved aggravation, time and money plus ensured it worked as it was supposed to. The other help with questions via email was also valuable. Not sure if you have a small army working for you or if you just stay up all night but your speed in doing this was much appreciated. This was truly excellent service.
